Grounding Day 53 - step lightly

It was a beautiful cool and cloudy morning for my walk. Did you know that when we step down in shoes we step with more impact than we would have if we were barefoot. If we stepped down with as much force as we did in shoes barefoot, it would hurt so we would naturally start stepping softer. Give it a try for yourself and take a little barefoot walk today!
