AOE PENANCE BUILD! | WoW Ability Draft | Project Ascension | TBC Progression 29

Mcdoubles back again with a brand new video and today we hop on an AoE PENANCE BUILD utilizing a new epic enchant that causes a tick of penance to shoot out at all allies after casting Prayer of Healing! This is an awesome enchant that allows penance to effectively operate as an additional AoE spell by becoming part of and synergizing with Prayer of Healing.

I wanted to do a healer build with the new penance enchants and there is still one other one that we need to try. But in this video we roll into a perfect Atonement and Holy Radiance build utilizing the Prayers of the Penitent and we take it straight into raids and m+ to see what the build can do!
