220816 BCC Mtg - Nicholas in timeout

After giving key officials my Notice of Right to Assemble (1st Amendment/NV Article 1 Sect 10) with demand for them to reply with their legal right to force me to be scanned/searched in order to attend the Commissioners' meeting, they had 3 Sheriff Deputies their to "keep the peace" instead of upholding their oath to protect me from unlawful government tyranny.
