HOW TO MAKE NEAPOLITAN PIZZA. This video will inform the viewer on how to make Neapolitan pizza. This pizza is awesome for high temperature wood, wood pellet, charcoal, and gas ovens. You'll get an authentic taste to a Neapolitan style pizza. The down side is that this dough doesn't seem to do well in non high temp ovens. Check out my previous video for this pizza dough recipe.
