Trespass Defined at PPGC

The Precinct 1 Constables assigned to PPGC, and Houston Police Department understand there is no trespass at PPGC unless the fence line is crossed. This was defined in 2011, by the District Attorney, as David Allen was baked in an HPD squad car and sent to the hospital. HPD confirms this definition, and that it has never been changed.
