Are We In 4D?

I'm very sorry that this video is longer than usual! It was a big topic.

Some alt media voices insist we are already in a 4D reality, and that the increased discernment and intuition of upper 4D allow us to see through the facades of those truthers with mixed or bad motives. The Universe was consulted: Would you confirm if we are currently living in a 4D state of consciousness, and what would you like us to know if so?
