NSW Health Minister vs Vic Health Minister on Easing Restrictions

One country, two different approaches to applying "health advice".
In NSW they are attempting to change/ease various restrictions with 1000's of daily cases, however in Victoria with less than 100 cases per day such changes may not be considered.

When asked about NSW easing some restrictions, Foley woke up for the first time at one of his press conferences to defend Victoria's insistence on restrictions.

Is it any wonder people increasingly look at these leaders and dismiss their interpretations of "health advice"? Just how political is all of this?
