They have little presence on YouTube, although I can't imagine that their games will gain much traction under current conditions. I was surprised how quickly they knocked off Bay Tek's Axe Master though. No, Arcade Heroes has no involvement with Axe Heroes, but I imagine our existence influenced the name...
