Showing houses to out of town buyers is so much easier than it used to be and it's because the technology we all use has just gotten to be wonderful. I showed a buyer a listing just last week that I was able to set up in less than 10 minutes and it allowed the buyer to make an easy decision on whether or not to make an offer on this particular home.
