SSL580 ~ Now THAT was IMPRESSIVE..!

Today is the first test of our new electric dinghy conversion by ePropulsion! Our new system consists of an ePropulsion Navy6.0 6Kw EVO motor which is a direct drive brushless motor, so the actual motor is underwater and supposed to be completely silent.. and the motor is powered by an ePropulsion e175 9Kw LiFePO4 Lithium battery bank with a full digital control system that will tell us battery remaining, speed, distance remaining at current load, and even has wireless bracelet man-overboard protection!
