Kevin Vincent Harris, better known as Jock Harris, served decades with the SADF and SANDF. He commanded 5SAI and then 32Bn as well as other senior commands, Gp8, reaching the rank of Brigadier General before retiring. In this episode, he speaks of his time at 1SAI (then at Oudshoorn), the School of Infantry, and his actions in Ops Savannah (the 1975 intervention in Angola).
