Weeds have deep roots and if you don’t pull them when they are small—you have to work harder to pull them after you have let them grow. Bad habits of speaking or acting are like weeds in our heart garden. But powerful Jesus is our Helper to rid any deep-rooted weed of selfishness in us. We don’t have to continue to live like a weed but can be a beautiful flower, bush or fruit tree.
