JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg in Fort Worth, Texas has his student Cameron Mills demonstrate his very 1st JKD Attack By Combination or ( A.B.C. ) which is one of five (5) methods of attack in Jeet Kune Do . NOTE: How the lead hand moves before the body does. As Cameron retracts his lead striking hand back it creates an opportunity for him to create an attachment ( a term I learned from Urban Combatives Netherlands Professor Mulder ) of either his attacker's hair, clothing, or the back of his neck allowing him to follow-up with two (2) Muay Thai skip knee attacks allowing him to toss his attacker into either another possible attacker or a wall as he makes his escape.
