Piloting Boeing 777 out of New York JFK + July 4th Fireworks

Departing from New York on Independence Day is a special treat! In 2013 JustPlanes filmed a roundtrip from Paris CDG to New York JFK on the flight deck of an AIR FRANCE Boeing 777-200ER. The 3 hour cockpit film lands in the States on July 3rd and we return and leave JFK Airport on July 4th! During the taxi out you can see the fireworks going on over New York City and during the climbout you can see a number of fireworks displays on the ground over Long Island. A really cool and unusual view!
