101st Soldiers team up with Finnish soldiers during Live-Fire Exercise

August 9, 2022 - U.S. Army Sgt. George Babbage, an infantryman assigned to “Viper” Company, 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment “BLUE SPADERS”, 2nd Brigade Combat Team “STRIKE”, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), works with Finnish soldiers during a live fire exercise at Rovaniemi, Finland. The 101st (AASLT) is deployed as part of V Corps, America’s Forward Deployed Corps in Europe, which works alongside regional security partners to provide combat-ready forces, execute joint and multinational training exercises, and retain command and control for all rotational units in the European theater.
