Laser Gen Dozer Offensive Challenge: Heartland Shield
Enemy: Infantry General

Rules of this Challenge:
1) You can only build Dozers, Power Plants and Laser Turrets (no other units or buildings permitted)
2) You can cancel a building structure before it is completed
3) If any building (Power Plant, Laser Turret, Command Center) or Dozer is destroyed, you must restart the challenge
4) You can't capture any buildings
5) Starting Cash is $50000
6) You may sell existing structures to gain back money
7) AI Difficultly set to Hard
8) No use/upgrading of General's Promotions
