Archiving Bungie dot net Reach Career Stats for DMMDestroyer before 343 nukes them on 2/1/2021

Halo Reach was a special game of it's own kind. It was the last child made by Bungie in the Halo series, one that had their last special touch and soul placed into it. To many of the O.G. Halo players, Reach was the last game officially in the series as 343 took it into a completely different direction.

I had picked up the Legendary Edition on launch day after having reserved it prior and played the heck out of this game. I have always been more of a fan of Campaign and Firefight than multiplayer, but I could still hold my own with a majority positive K/D ratio. I remember at one point, I was in the top 150 players worldwide of Firefight.

What ended my Halo Reach Career was the death of my wife on 3/15/2011. You'll see I stopped the video at the end looking at what was the last real game I played before I stopped playing on the regular. You can read a bit more about her in an article I wrote back in 2014:

It's a shame that the World is now a completely different timeline and those of us who shared this experience of Halo CE to Halo Reach have such a disconnect with those who were born into the World of technology vs growing into it. I wrote about this briefly as well:
