Will the Labor Party hold Daniel Andrews Accountable for the Hotel Quarantine Failure?

Will the Andrews administration be held responsible against their own standards & legislation? The Victorian Labor Party made a commitment to the Victorian people that they will take the issue of workplace negligence seriously.

Now that a submission has been made to WorkSafe naming the Premier, ministers and public servants of the Andrews Administration for their part in the hotel quarantine failure, will the same standards apply to them or are they above the law?
