a spectacular, strangely unknown insect from science fiction

I saw this strange and beautiful insect, it really attracted my curiosity, I admit that at first I thought it was a small scorpion because it had its tail erect at the top, so I got closer to understand it's amazing! I saw its wings it was like a strange creature out of a science fiction movie I think it's beautiful ... but the tail is not really reassuring lol what do you say?
