To Protest or Not? Melbourne Lockdown Protests & Arrests

The inconsistent application of the ‘law’ by our Victorian government & police has made it hard to reconcile my own opinion on our right to protest during the pandemic. It's obvious the community consensus now is that we should not be gathering in mass and protesting. However, what impact has recent actions and statements made by authorities had in shaping discontent in some.
