Isaiah 53:5

Jesus was healer of every disease
1. The paralyzed man in Capernaum (Mark 2:3-12)
• The man was paralyzed to the point that he had to be carried
• There was preaching (v.2)
• There was compassion (v.3)
• There was faith (v.4)
• There was forgiveness (v.5)
• There was rebuke (v.8)
• There was healing (v.10).

2. The disabled person in Jerusalem. (John 5:1-14)
• The miracle takes place in Jerusalem at the Pool of Bethesda.
• The people faith was in the stirring of the water. They waited for an angel from God to come and stir the waters.
• “Do you wish to get well?” a difficult question.
• Jesus spoke healing words to the man.
• Immediately he became well and picked up his pallet.
• Jesus healed his body, and very likely his mind.
