00:51 Go to the left side of the consulate.
01:45 Wait for the guard and the camera to turn away then sneak inside.
03:00 Sabotage the stage lamp and turn on the stage lamp.
04:38 Go back to the headmaster house and climb to the other balcony.
07:30 Use bullet distraction to lure Zaydan near the window and eliminate him.
07:45 Hugo Strandberg eliminated by electrocution
08:05 Escape.
