California Berkeley POC Student Housing Bans White People

A Co-op student housing complex just off California Berkeley's Campus has banned white people from common areas and has enacted rules against the presence of white people in the house, along with any POc's parents that are of Caucasian descent. The housing complex prides itself on being extremely inclusive, however, it has outcasted a vast majority of the population.
