Should Repair Shops be Open During Pandemic?

The current Pandemic has the world sideways. Some states have even forced "non-essential" businesses to be closed. Transportation repair was deemed ESSENTIAL, and I agree. But should they stay open, or close for the health and safety of their customers and maybe even more important their employees? We also look at how some shops I have talked with are handling this issue.
