The automotive industry has it's share of issues. One I see is mechanics saying they are working at bad shops. This drives me crazy. Good mechanics, good technicians owe their talents to good shops. This really hit home for me during a talk with students at UTI. I told them as they go throughout their career, to never settle and work for a bad shop, bad dealership, bad boss. If you are currently stuck in a bad shop, find a better place. They are out there!
