College prohibits students from viewing 'offensive material' | #shorts

Um... this isn't how the whole First Amendment thing works. UMass Lowell has a policy prohibiting students & staff from accessing or transmitting "offensive material," the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) reports. Let's break it down.
