The Cure for this harsh adult sentences ...send them to boot camps for the 2nd conviction , they have no Dad's...the Mothers can't control their under age animals ...So They need US Marines Boot camp training for 6 months ...then another year fixing roads ...in successful 6 months trial in a apprenticeship learning a trade...if successful released into a 1/2 way house ...failure to comply go to an adult maximum prison
