Honoring WoT Veteran Anthony Wayne Chase
Anthony served in the Oregon National Guard with the
141st INF regiment and was called to Active Duty for
Service in Iraq from 20 May 2009 to 15 May 2010.
He earned the Iraq Campaign Medal w/1 bronze service star,
the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal,
the National Defense Service Medal,
the Army Service Ribbon and the Rifle Marksman Badge.
