Robotboy is the latest creation of world-renowned scientist Professor Moshimo. Fearing that the robot baby will be stolen by his arch-enemy Dr. Kamikazi and his henchman Constantine to take over the world, Professor Mosimo entrusted the robot to the care of his biggest fan, 10-year-old Tommy Turnbull, who lives in San Francisco. Protected by Tommy and his two friends, Lola and Gus, Robobaby learns how to behave and act like a real boy, while also battling Dr. Kamikaze and Constantine, who try to capture him
