Breathe 🦋

Chop up 10 medjool dates and throw away the pits.

Sauté in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil on a medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of dessicated coconut.

Stir for a further minute until all the oil has been absorbed by the dates.

Mould into shape and flatten using a spatula or spoon then pop into fridge.

Once hardened, chop into small pieces and enjoy like candy 🍬 😋
