Does anyone know why my videos are spontaneously going into slow-mo?

Morning coffee and chat at the Irish Village in Yarmouth. For some reason it spontaneously goes into slow mo. This has happened to a few other videos I've made. Anyone know any way to fix this??
The beginning and the end are normal speed.

Posting in hopes someone knows what is going on.
