Georgia State Rep. Martin Momtahan joins the ALEC 49th Annual Meeting to educate other state lawmakers about China’s strategy to infiltrate state governments through the purchase of risky technology embedded in state level networks. Momtahan led in Georgia and Governor Brian Kemp signed into law in May 2022.
