Guild Wars 2 #89 - Precocious Aurene

So...baby dragon. Pretty sure there's not a book for that one. And there's no fahrar to enter it in either. So it's on us to raise a dragon. How do we even DO that? Well, the exalted seem to have a few ideas, so that seems to be a good place to start. How hard can it be?
