WHO POOPED YOUR PANTS?

This questions seems odd I know. The idea is foreign unless you have some really cruel and uncouth pranksters in your life.

Surely no one else has access or even desire to perform such a dastardly deed. Such a foul act would require the darkest of hearts!!!

Yet everyday we look at the circumstances and situations in our lives and we realize something could has happened in our lives. Perhaps something so bad it has derailed our dreams and goals, tainted or vision or even soil our hopes of greatness.

While the likelihood someone else truly is to blame is quite slim, we must take complete ownership and control of the situation as it stands NOW!

We cannot change the past, but we can change our shorts!!

If you lead people who spend a great deal of time blaming others and failing to take responsibility and control for as much as they can, you need to help them see the authority they have in their own life.
