Joshua Appel - A Life of Adventure and Medicine

Joshua Appel is an incredible dude. His list of accomplishments and notable events is ridiculous. Joshua started his professional life of adventure as an Air Force pararescue hero. Eventually Appel became a doctor. He led the pararescue team that rescued Marcus Luttrell. He was the ER physician who received the 18 casualties following the mass shooting targeting Gabby Giffords in 2011. Joshua competed on American Ninja Warrior. He's the Chief of Emergency medicine at the Southern Arizona VA. How is that for a bad ass resume.
