I am a big fan of all things Japanese engineering and that being the case, this Soto Fusion Trek Stove is now going to be my go-to backpacking canister stove. It is light, safe, reliable, and has fantastic wind resistance. I cannot say enough nice things about it.
The only downside to it would be it is pricey
