We sat down with Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder and national coordinator of the Tea Party Patriots—a political movement that started in 2009 in protest of President Barack Obama’s Recovery Act that stands for personal freedom, economic freedom, and a debt-free future.

More recently, the Tea Party Patriots have shifted their focus to an emphasis on election integrity following the controversial 2020 presidential election. Martin explains how since 2020, the Tea Party Patriots, in coordination with several other election integrity organizations, have established a training program for citizens to keep them engaged at the local election level.
