Geoffrey Serdar Real Estate Agent, “This is Real Talk with Geoffrey, and we're gonna be talking about staging today.”

Geoffrey Serdar, “Let's start with the deck here. In the screened-in deck, we actually had four chairs, unfortunately, with photography and videography, if you were to shoot that, everything would feel so overly filled. Now in living, that's nice because you want to have four people to have a chat, really, everybody's just gonna be staring at their phones because it's 2022. But by removing those chairs, what we've done is we've increased what we call the negative space, which is space not filled with furniture and items so that when we take a photo and we capture it, the space looks much larger than it actually is. What a view, right? By the way, we're in Watertown, and these people, the Salzers, actually have the best view here. I'm pretty excited to list this, it's coming on the market soon!”
