The Unites States Constitution Was Not Made to Weaken the States!

Some people (Democrats, Leftists, Communists,) want to argue that the Constitution was made to strengthen the Federal Government and weaken the states. They need to read the journals of the framers and actually read the entire US Constitution to realize it was the opposite.
