2013 mRNA trial with 250K participants but less than 5 alive today

This bloke claims that in early 2013 him along with 250,000 others participated in an mRNA trial. He claims that every single patient had their heart stop and that there are less than 5 of them alive today, him being one.

2013 is when the Supreme Court of America released their mRNA patent of DNA opinion piece on the “CDNA” which is the DNA created by mRNA injections.
