Emily Moore was last seen alive on May 24, 2020, and her body was found on September 16, 2020 hanging from a tree near her house.

Police in Westerville, Ohio believe that her husband, Matheau Moore killed his wife, Emily, on May 24 or 25, 2020 and staged her body to look like a suicide.

Moore is facing charges of Murder and Felonious Assault. He faces a potential sentence of 15 years to life, in prison.
