DOUBLE MINDED? - LIKE WAVES OF THE SEA?? WHAT????
The tide scrubs the shoreline. Washing certain things onto the shore and other things off the shore.

The under the current can sweep you off your feet and out to sea with such subtle force you’re unable to resist or respond until it’s too late.

Your thoughts, your mental energy are the same!!

If one minute you have a dream to build, to create, to do, to become incredibly fantastic and you follow that very moment with fear, anxiety and doubt, you will find the subtlety of doubt as powerful as the under toe.

You will also find the energy you spend fighting against doubt, against what you are trying to avoid requires more from you than the energy to seek better, to create, to build and to move forward.

Fighting that thing you don’t want to do will wear you out, leave you defeated and be the embodiment of “hope deferred” which makes the heart sick.

If you want to be free of what you don’t want to do, STOP THINKING ABOUT IT - even hating it gives it power over you. RATHER choose something you LOVE MORE THAN YOU HATE THE VICE and focus a doubles down energy there instead.
