Did you know Jamaicans first settled in Costa Rica in the 1850s? The luscious botanical country has one of the greatest Jamaican diasporas of Central America. There are about 64,000 Jamaicans living in Costa Rica. Most Jamaicans live in the Province of Limon which is on the Atlantic Coast.
