Rampage 2: Universal Tour (N64) Gameplay

I'm kind of mad at myself for listening to mainstream reviews at the time that criticized Midway's Rampage remakes on the PS1 and N64. At the time I was by far more impressionable. A friend of mine gave this to me last year when I went back to visit Arizona. He found it at a thrift store, and picked it up for me. Same guy who gave me a Master System he found when he was doing some side-work and tearing down a house for someone.

This game is really fun. Yes, as the reviewers in the criticized it for, it is very repetitive in nature, and you end up doing the same thing over and over again in each level, but that arcade, simple fun is the appeal. Add in a couple of friends to play it with, and while it's gameplay concept may not be the deepest, you still have the formula for hours if not weekends of fun playing with friends. Repetitve? yes, but still a blast to play.
