Bioshock On Netflix Gets It's Director

The live-action Bioshock series for Netflix has now announced it's director, Francis Lawrence and scriptwriter Michael Green. But given the quality of gaming adaptations in the past, especially on Netflix (such as their recent Resident Evil series), is there a reason to be excited?
