3 Tips to take your Physique to the next level
So you’ve made really good progress toward your fitness.
And now you’re ready to kick things up a notch and get to the next level.
But you’re not sure where to start?
Here are some tips that will take you from wherever you are now
To looking exponentially better.
1). Avoid process sugar.
If you trying to elevate your body sugar should make up a very small portion of your diet.
It’s incredibly addicting and if consumed in large enough quantities overtime can damage your overall health.
The nuances that sugar is found in a lot of the things we buy and consume today.
It also holds on necessary water weight in our bodies that we don’t actually need.
All in all it’s a net negative so stay away from it.
2). Make Recovery a priority:
Muscle growth doesn’t happen while you’re grinding and working out.
Muscle growth actually takes place while you’re resting.
So making sure that you’re getting enough recovery time between training sessions is crucial.
The harder your work out the harder you need to recover.
The central nervous system needs 48 hours to recuperate.
3). Learn how to count calories.
This is a life skill that they should teach in school but of course they don’t.
Regardless of whatever your fitness goals are you will never get there for sure in a decent timeframe without counting calories.
This might seem very daunting and intimidating at first.
But I assure you just like anything else once you get good at it it feels seamless.
This is really the most important because diet is 80% of the battle no matter what your fitness goals are.
