Did a Minnesota Judge Just Thumb His Nose at the Supreme Court?

A Minnesota judge issued an opinion which seems to suggest he did not apply the test set out in N.Y.S.P.A. v. Bruen, but careful examination of the docket reveals it is more likely mere error than bad behavior.
