306 – Lakeydra Houston – MST Survivor and Advocate

Lakeydra joined the Air Force as a Military Police MOS. She is a Military Sexual Trauma Survivor.

This story is about holding leadership responsible, so this does not happen to the service members who follow us. Lakeydra talks about fighting through the betrayal of what happened to her, and the resilience needed to become an advocate for those who are going through military sexual trauma. She started K.EY. (Knowledge, Empowerment, Y-Unity) to continue serving Veterans.
