FRONT GRAB DEFENSE

For some reason you were distracted and ended up being grabbed with both hands of your attacker instead of intercepting their movement which put you in a position that requires a little more effort on your part to get out of !!! JKD Sifus Mike Goldberg and Raymond Bray demonstrate how by applying a down and inward movement on the inside of his elbows draws your attacker in as you apply a knee to his groin area creating just enough of a distraction to follow-up with a hook elbow to either the temple or jaw area of his head followed up with a back hack strike with your forearm to his carotid or throat area then finishing up with a rear straight palm strike to the head area creating more distance between you and him just in case he has friends lurking around decide to attack you.
