Here are 3 new posture assessments you can do at home. The traditional way for assessing your posture is to take static images from different view points but this is flawed for several reasons.

Everyone’s different and even though our bodies follow the same pattern for movement and shape, our differences could throw a wrench in that pattern.

- It’s difficult to see progress reliably.
- Its difficult to remain consistent from therapist to therapist.
- And life doesn’t happen in a static posture

So is your static posture completely useless? No. Its a great starting point for making an educated guess on where you might be limited and which new posture assessment you should be taking to confirm and improve your posture.
